Activating Quality-Trak
Catch it at the operation, not the dock. Activation loads a working starter set, so your quality lead can run nonconformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions and engineering change orders (ECOs) right away. Fitting the workflow to how you work is tuning.
What activation includes
Included Standard installation
- Starter set
- Default teams, quality code lists (cause, category, failure, disposition, impact, origin, detection) and process templates, loaded for you.
- Security
- Security and roles for your licensed users.
- Standard processes
- Nonconformance, corrective action and engineering change on the starter templates. The engineering change is raised from the nonconformance.
- Standard analysis
- Pareto charts on the quality codes you capture.
- Train-the-trainer
- A walkthrough for your quality lead, from nonconformance to corrective action to engineering change.
Tuning Quoted, billed for time used
- Your first process
- Your nonconformance or engineering change workflow mapped to how you work today.
- Production issues
- Data-collection questions on job operations, with an automatic issue when a test fails.
- Operator quick-create
- A simple "report a problem" form for operators.
- Workflow expansion
- More workflow steps, approvers and process types.
- Risk and cost of quality
- Risk category and level codes, and cost of quality methods and levels.
- History and serial numbers
- Lookups by item, work center and problem code; serial number assignment.
Custom work Quoted
- Legacy data migration
- Importing history from your current quality system.
- Supplier quality
- Supplier scorecards and closed-loop supplier corrective action are a build. Supplier inspection uses Infor QCS today.
- Measurement data
- Statistical process control, CMM and machine data collection, scoped as machine integration work.
- Custom forms and workflows
- Requirements outside standard Quality-Trak.
Products new to your account include a standard installation. Products you already run carry no included installation, except a reinstall when you move to Infor's multi-tenant cloud. Tuning and custom work are quoted before they start.
